Outline History of
our Company:
CODICO was established on December 7, 1977 by Dr. Heinrich Hawlik. The company was
initially based at Ketzergasse 29 in the Siebenhirten district of Vienna. Our mission was
and still is the successful sale of electronic components.
In 1983/1984 we constructed the first building of our own at Aspettenstrasse 48 in
Perchtoldsdorf, which we moved into in September 1984.
As a result of continuous growth of the company due to a wider range of products, higher
sales and the associated expansion of the workforce, we finally had to move into a new
office building at our current location in Mühlgasse, Perchtoldsdorf, in 1991, which
meant another huge step forward for CODICO in terms of both office and warehousing
facilities.
In our sales department we employ only qualified engineers in the fields of electrical,
electronic and communications technology.
With very well-equipped offices and warehousing and extremely carefully selected personnel
with the best possible training, we are confident that we can meet the demands of the
market, even for the future. Our aim is to be not only a technically competent and
efficient partner for our customers, but an economical one as well.
