MEZZANINE CONNECTOR TRANSFERS UP TO 10 GB/S
FCI's GIG-Array connector is capable of transferring signal streams at a rate of up to 10 GB/s between parallel mounted circuit boards.

The Gig-Array connector is available in stacking heights ranging from 15 to 35 mm, and in sizes ranging from 104 to 392 signal connections. Specialized mass termination contacts ensure excellent impedance matching characteristics and a minimum of cross-talk. This permits the signal contacts to be configured for either
differential
(
100-Ohm) or single-ended (50-Ohm) data transfer. The BGA interface is of a staggered design with a pitch of
1 x 0.65 mm.
