TOREX SEMICONDUCTOR: POWERFULLY SMALL!

CODICO HAS ADDED A NEW SUPPLIER TO ITS POWER MANAGEMENT COMPONENT LINECARD!

TOREX, founded in 1989, is a Japanese manufacturer of analog CMOS circuits whose comprehensive product line focuses on voltage detectors, LDOs, DC/DC switching regulators, reset ICs and power MOSFETs. The Japanese parent company's production facilities use the latest in CMOS technology, allowing TOREX to offer the lowest current dissipating DC/DC controllers and LDOs on the market.

Not only are TOREX products loaded with state-of-the-art technology, they also feature an excellent price/performance ratio. And TOREX uses a laser trimming technology that permits delivery times of approx. 6 weeks, due to the normal availability of pre-finished wafers at the time an order is placed. The company can also normally deliver samples within several days. Thanks to its laser trimming technology, TOREX manufactures all regulators with selectable output voltages in 0.1V or even 0.05V steps, a feature of all standard products. Available package designs range from a specialized miniature chip-size package to a standard SOT 23 or SOT89, with the right choice available for any application. All TOREX products are 100% lead free and can be processed with the standard soldering profile.
