PUSH AND FIT WITH THE EMC PRO!
ARCOTRONICS HAS SUPPLEMENTED ITS SUCCESSFUL RANGE OF PLASTIC CASE EMC-RFI SUPPRESSION FILTERS WITH A PUSH-FIT VERSION.
The new model offers ultra-easy fitting by simply inserting the device in its pre-drilled mounting hole, thus providing a low-cost filter solution for a wide range of applications.

Complementing the existing range, which uses M8 x 10 plastic fixing studs and nuts, the push-fit versions offer users a significant reduction in assembly time compared to the existing method.
Featuring an integral push-in-and-lock mechanism, which also acts as an anti-rotation measure, the product is easily inserted in one operation and is extremely secure when fitted.
The F.NC series of filters is characterized by very low insertion loss across a wide range of frequencies. Available in current ratings of 16A and 10A (275Vac/50Hz), the UL & VDE approved series offers ten different technical performance variants, while its individual components are sealed within a self-extinguishing plastic resin. With measurements of only 40mm (diam.) x 50mm (l) for the 16A filter, and 40mm (diam.) x 40 mm (l) for the 10A filter, the products are extremely compact. Electrical connection is via five 6.3mm x 0.8mm faston terminals, and the filters can be optionally equipped with two additional flexible wire leads (1.5mm² cross-section).
The F.NC series achieves its performance criteria through the use of metalized polyester film capacitors and a current-compensated choke. The operating temperature range is
-25°C to +100°C.
