The input/output isolation for the SO4 packaged versions is a rated 3.75kV, while DIP/SMD packaged versions are rated at 5kV. The DIP/SMD 4- and 6-pin versions are also available as "wide terminal types" in support of IEC335-compliant applications, i.e., air and creepage distance of 8mm min.
PANASONIC's AQ-H series of solid state relays offers a very compact, low-cost relay solution in an 8-pin DIP/SMD package for 230VAC switching loads. Zero-cross and non-zero-cross types are available with a rated on-state RMS current of 0.3A, 0.6A, 0.9A and 1.2A. The on-state RMS current is not subject to derating up to an ambient temperature of 40°C. The input/output isolation in this case is 5kV.
