Many applications require several LEDs to be operated simultaneously to achieve greater brightness. However, using several different secondary lenses is frequently not possible due to space considerations there are limits to the size of the lighting body, in particular in effects lighting applications. Specifically to address this issue, KATHOD has developed a new range of 3x and 4x lenses with a radiation angle of 25°/40°. The 3x lenses are available now and the 4x models will arrive in Q2 of 2006. Data sheets for single-color versions, as well as for the RGB versions of Z-Power LEDs, are also available now.
