ONDREJ GAVURA
The first year of my CODICO career has come and gone, and it was a very interesting year indeed.
When I arrived at CODICO in February 2005, after spending a year on the Arabian Peninsula, I assumed my duties as telecom product manager within the active component group. I really only knew a fraction of what to expect, but I soon found out that my new job had more facets to it than I had thought possible.

My previous job was very interesting but I am already convinced that my work at CODICO, which exposes me to the entire telecom market, is by far more interesting and challenging.
I have the needed language skills to perform my key duties (e.g., Slovakian and Serbo-Croatian) thanks to my foreign heritage and my interest in traveling. And, since CODICO has been growing its presence in the Russian-speaking areas, I also started learning Russian last fall to go with my Arabic which I became very interested in through my previous job. Now, I look forward to serving CODICO's Russian partners and customers even better in the future!
In the free time that remains, I enjoy light sporting activities, reading science fiction/fantasy and pursuing one of my favorite activities: naturopathic healing. It's one of my sources of strength, and therefore helps me remain passionate about my work.
I look forward to many more interesting years at CODICO.
