MEMBER OF THE CODICO TEAM: MICHAELA HAASZ
In accordance with my life motto, "the path is the goal," I have worked in several different areas for CODICO since May 2004. I spent almost a year working part time in the reception area and handling the telephone switchboard before joining my colleague, Michael Schrutka, in the power group for several months.

I have since become a member of the interior sales team within the active components group where, from the beginning of this year, I assumed responsibility for CODICO's German customers. Working together with all of my colleagues has definitely been great fun so far!
My previous career path includes a variety of different professional experiences: as a research assistant in a market research institute, as a marketing assistant in a cosmetics distribution company, as the "good soul" in a recording studio and as an executive secretary in a research clinic of the Vienna General Hospital (AKH).
In my free time I also enjoy exploring interesting new paths. I like to take classes or listen to presentations on a variety of subjects and, most recently, I started taking an interest in expressing myself creatively through oil and acrylic painting. More than anything, I like to feel the wind in my face in the summer while riding along on a motorcycle and in the winter on my skis, heading down deep powder slopes. But my steepest and fastest "downhill" ever was a freefall from an airplane with a parachute on my back!
My husband and two sons (39, 16 and 12 years old) also frequently take me to unknown paths and sometimes even push me to my very limits! But I also manage to keep my meditative balance by reading, jogging and gardening.
So, on that note: "There is always a path.........and always one that is BETTER!"
