TDK`S LATEST MULTI-LAYER CHIP CAPACITOR FAMILY: THE CGB SERIES!
TDK's latest multi-layer chip capacitor series, designated the CGB3xx, is available in versions with a total height of either 0.5mm or 0.45mm.
The series' thinner layer thickness is the result of new production processes and a new dielectric. The CGB series currently consists of 8 capacitors covering a range of voltage ratings from 6.3V to 25V. The CGB3xx series is offered in capacitance values ranging from 0.47µF to 2.2µF, while the CGB4xx series ranges from 1µF to 4.7µF. The CGB series is RoHS compliant and has a specified operating temperature range of -55°C to +85°C.
