HF Inductors from TYCO
Expanded chip inductor series offers low impedance values for HF applications.
Recently expanded to create a broader range of options for design engineers, the 3650 series of chip inductors from TYCO ELECTRONICS offers a wide range of inductance values - from 1.0nH up to 4.7mH - to meet the ever more demanding requirements of high-frequency applications. The wide value range makes the devices an ideal choice for filtering and signal conditioning in mobile phones, GPS receivers, digital TV tuners, cordless telephones, W-LAN and Bluetooth applications, to name just a few.

The 3650 series chip inductors are available in four package sizes (0402, 0603, 0805 and 1008) and have been designed for automatic placement. They feature a wire-wound construction and standard tolerances of 2%, 5% and 10%.
Thanks to their high self-resonant frequency, the devices offer a high Q factor and stable inductance at high frequencies, while the smooth casings facilitate accurate placement.
The series' low DC resistance furthermore ensures low loss, high output and low power consumption. The components are designed for an operating temperature range of -40 ºC to
+125 ºC.
The 3650 series chip inductors are RoHS compliant and are available on 1,000- or 5,000-piece reels. Laboratory design kits are also offered.
