NEW LOW-ESR/LOW-ESL POSCAP PRODUCTS FROM SANYO!
SANYO has expanded its range of technologically superior POSCAPs:
- The existing TPF series has been supplemented with a low-profile version (D2E sized package, height=1.8mm) with an ESR max. of 7mOhms.
- In addition, SANYO has developed the new TPLF series:The series is available in 3 different capacitance values with the following key technical data:
ESR max. 7mOhms
ESL max. 0.5nH
