INT: Good day, Mr. Franz! Please be so kind and introduce yourself to our readers.
AFR: I have been working for CODICO as a sales engineer for connectors and cable assemblies in Germany since October 2006. My sales area encompasses northern and eastern Germany, as well as Franconia.
INT: What is important to you in terms of your professional and private life?
AFR: At work: an excellent team, lots of variety in my job and a chance to experience new challenges. In my private life: my family!
INT: Now for a few "classic" questions… What are your hobbies?
AFR: For 7 years now, my kids and I have enjoyed practicing Korean martial arts together. We train 3x a week, when time allows - at Taekwondo and allround Jutsu. INT: What is your life motto?
AFR: To stay curious and eager about life, and to never give up. Anything is possible!
INT: What are your life goals?
AFR: To continually train and further develop my body and mind, in order to meet the following five goals: Ye-Ui, which means courtesy Yom-Chi, or integrity In-Nae, or perseverance Guk-Gi, or self-discipline Beakjul-bool-gul, or indomitable spirit
INT: Name something you could never do without?
AFR: The affection of my family.
INT: What could you never forgive?
AFR: Lack of respect toward another human being.

AFR: To train in Kukkiwon, where the World Taekwando Federation has its headquarters.

AFR: With no one!

AFR: A good breakfast and to see my wife's smiling face.
INT: You are annoyed by…? AFR: Intolerance.

AFR: Optimism, I'm really a boundless optimist.
