QS-9000 CERTIFICATION
In december of 2003, LUXON's largest manufacturing facility in dongguan, china, earned the QS-9000 certificate, markin on more achievement on LUXON's road to total quality control.
The new development will only strengthen the company's position as the leading manufacturer of electrolytic capacitors in Taiwan and China.

LEAD-free electrolytic capacitors
Like other major component manufacturers, LUXON has recently transitioned to lead-free elcaps.
Updated status:
•
All SMD elcaps are now manufactured and shipped lead-free.
•
All radial and snap-in elcaps are now manufactured and shipped lead-free.
Two lead-free versions are available:
a) Lead-free leads with PVC sleeve (the lead content of the PVC is within authorized limits)
b) Lead-free leads with PET sleeve (indicated by a "G" in the first position of the product designation).
Future Trends
LUXON is expanding its electrolytic capacitor range by adding new low-impedance and long-life series, the first of which are already available.
