1:1 REPLACEMENT UPGRADE FROM ELECTROMECHANICAL TO SOLID STATE RELAYS!
THE "S" SERIES FROM CELDUC GIVES DESIGNERS A NO-FUSS 1:1 REPLACEMENT FOR ELECTROMECHANICAL RELAYS, FOR SUPERIOR RELIABILITY THROUGHOUT THE OPERATING LIFECYCLE!
CELDUC's SP and ST product range comprises solid state relays that provide an uncomplicated replacement for electromechanical versions on existing circuit board designs. The devices offer pin compatibility with their electromechanical counterparts for an easy switch-out, which means that many applications can now benefit from contact-less switching and its guarantee of high reliability and long life.
These solid state relay families are mechanically and electrically compatible with many commonly available printed circuit boards.

They provide contact-less switching to eliminate wear and tear and sparking between contacts, while offering virtually unlimited on-off switching speeds.
The SP and ST models are well suited for use in switching cabinets: They are equipped with a narrow relay socket (ESD05000) and DIN adapter, for easy-snap-on DIN rail mounting. Celduc relays also provide added flexibility, as the devices can be interchanged within seconds to meet different switching load requirements.
A relay socket (ESC05000) is also available for circuit board applications, thereby adding the quick changeout option for varying load requirements on boards as well - e.g., for relay cards.
Depending on the model, the SP/ST relays offer a max. switching current of up to 5A at voltages ranging from 0-30VAC/DC or 12-280VAC. Control voltage for these solid state models ranges from 12-30VDC and/or AC. The devices are designed to accommodate all types of loads and feature high withstanding currents, integrated protection circuitry and an insulation voltage of 4,000V!
CODICO has a variety of high-inrush-current versions available ex-stock, such as the SPA07420 with VDR protection. With a control voltage ranging from 12-30VAC/DC and 12-280VAC at 4 Amps on the load side, this relay is ideally suited for various applications, e.g., at the switching output of oven control circuits.
