ANGELIKA SCHALK
HI! MY NAME IS ANGELIKA SCHALK, AND I'VE BEEN A MEMBER OF CODICO'S LOGISITICS AND CUSTOMS DEPARTMENT FOR OVER A YEAR NOW.
Since joining CODICO, I've learned a great deal about internal and external logistics processing, while also adding to my existing experience in customs declaration and handling procedures.

My responsibilities at CODICO include checking and booking received goods, as well as related tasks like making customs declarations, tracking shipments and preparing Intrastat reports. Other duties include creating export and shipping documents, writing up and administering supplier declarations and, last but not least, filling in for my colleagues during vacation periods.
After completing secondary school (Matura), I spent 3 months as an au pair in Toronto, Canada, to improve my English. I subsequently gained valuable work experience at the companies Rauscher, DHL and Mediaprint, which left me well prepared to make a strong contribution at CODICO. I like the new challenges here, and the fact that I can apply my experience in different areas. I especially enjoy the multifaceted nature of working in CODICO's logistics department, and the diversity of tasks that I am assigned. It is definitely helping me to expand my horizons!
When I'm not working, I like to go Nordic walking and swimming.
The excellent cooperation of my fellow CODICO employees, not to mention the positive working climate, makes it easy for me to stay focused on the company's goals the top one being customer satisfaction!
