CODICO TEAM: NICODIN TURDEANU
I have been active as CODICO's Romanian distribution partner since May 2006. Based on my day-to-day experience thus far, including close cooperation with the entire CODICO team, I'm glad to say that my expectations have been fully met! CODICO is a quality and customer oriented company, and the staff couldn't be more professional.
Before joining the team myself, I had already been a very satisfied long-term CODICO customer (since 1992). Working as a telecommunications engineer, I especially valued CODICO's professional support during the development of my various projects, as CODICO helped me solve many technical and logistical challenges alike.
With 15 years of experience behind me, my goal as a sales engineer is to now provide CODICO customers throughout Romania (and, since recently, also Greece) the full extent of technical support that they need.
Naturally, sales and design are two vastly different tasks, and I must admit that I initially had reservations about being able to master the new challenges, not to mention how to go about doing so.
Fortunately, however, all CODICO employees are dedicated team players, and each member provided me with invaluable help for my integration within the team - as did the regular training sessions in Vienna that CODICO management set up for me.

Even if free time often remains in short supply, above all I value spending that which I have with my family - and especially with my wonderful little son. I also very much enjoy traveling, as I love to discover new places and regions, as well as new people. I used to take part in a variety of sports, though my favorite was volleyball (I spent 10 years in a professional team). Today, I just don't have the time anymore.
I am convinced that my dedication to perfection in my work will be appreciated by ever more customers in the future, and that it will lead to many more lasting business relationships between CODICO and our Romanian and Greek customers soon. And I see it is the perfect way to build advantages for all of us!
