ATMEL ARM920T

NOW AVAILABLE: ATMEL'S NEW ARMT920T- BASED PROCESSOR WITH ETHERNET AND USB (HOST/DEVICE) INTERFACE.

ATMEL developed the AT91RM9200 in response to growing industry demand for the company's 32-Bit ARM 9 processor.
The new device is based on the ARM920T core, which delivers up to 200 MIPS at 180 MHz and includes a pair of 16-KByte data caches (for data and instructions) and an MMU. Peripherals include 16 KB of SRAM, a memory controller, 10/100 Ethernet MAC, USB 2.0 full speed host and device, multimedia card interface, a timer/counter block and multiple serial interfaces (TWI, SPI, SSC, USART). The memory controller supports SDRAM, Burst Flash, Static Memory, Compact Flash and Smart Media, and the Ethernet MAC includes RMII and MII interfaces. Green Hills offers both a Linux OS and Integrity RTOS development board as tools. The new ATMEL processor is available in either PQFP-208 or BGA-256 package.
