INTERCONTEC has been offering this service for several weeks. It enables customers and other interested users to compile a suitable signal or power plug connectors by just clicking on a few selections, depending on the application.
The configurator program automatically ensures that all the selections are technically logical and combinable and that they will produce a proper result. The program also permits backwards steps during the selection and modification phase for individual plug connector components. A print function is integrated in the program for the data sheet that is generated for the specific connector.
The configurator can be opened in either German or English whilst additional languages and an offline version on CD-ROM are being planned.
