AMPIRE's monochrome 320x240 pixel FSTN TAB-type display series is designed to offer OEMs a wide choice of final assembly options. The possibilities extend from basic pure driver models to fully equipped versions with touch panel and controller, and many combinations in between. These slim profile displays feature a large active area with minimized edge loss, which helps reduce the cost of the housing. The smallest version is a basic model with outer dimensions of only 73.0mm x 93.3mm x 6.7mm.

The AT320240Q series also features a selectable portrait and landscape mode, for added flexibility during design-in. In addition, the single-power design with a standard integrated DC/DC converter saves valuable board space and costs, by eliminating the need for an external negative power supply for the LCD.
