CELDUC HAS LAUNCHED A BRAND NEW SERIES OF DC SOLID STATE RELAYS BASED ON THE LATEST MOSFET
TECHNOLOGY, FOR PRINTABLE APPLICATIONS!
An entirely new development, the SKLD series rounds out CELDUC's wide range of printable
semiconductor relays for DC applications! Rated for 10A and a voltage range of 7 to 48VDC
(up to 60Vpeak), the new series also stands out for its ability to handle high overload
currents of up to 100A (10ms).

In addition, versions with even higher
output voltages are available on request! The SKLD1 uses a control voltage of 3 to 10V and
its sibling the SKLD3 uses 7 to 30V, at a very low control current consumption of 6 to
32mA max.
The SKLD series is designed to operate in the temperature range -40° to +80°C, with
insulation voltage endurance (between input and output) rated at 2,500V! As a single
inline relay, this CELDUC innovation advances the state of miniaturization within its
class as it measures a mere 6.3mm (width) x 24.5mm (height) x 37.6mm (length)! The SKLD
can also be DIN rail mounted using the appropriate socket. Examples of typical
applications: traffic light controllers and measuring devices, load control for motors,
lamps and all types of heating systems, or any type of application requiring high
switching cycles and 100% reliability!
