CODICO TEAM - PRESENTATION MARKUS MATOUSEK!
I began my job as a POS (point of sale) representative at CODICO, in January 2006, with an enthusiasm that was virtually new to me. I gladly accepted the challenge after having spent a year of "surveying prospects" in Carinthia, and it was great to live and work in Vienna again after the birth of my daughter in November 2005.
I took my "baby steps" in POS sales 5 years ago and I'm still firmly entrenched in the sector today. In these fast-paced times, I find it a very enduring and stable field to be working in, and we are able to offer a very wide spectrum of solutions to our customers and partners.
What I really like about my job is working so closely with customers. When they share their concerns with me, it feels good to support them to the best of my ability, as a competent partner. "Do it now, instead of leaving it for later" is my motto. With a bit of stamina, even the most difficult tasks find a solution.
Since becoming a daddy, I've tried to spend every free minute discovering the world of our daughter, together with my fiancé; and we especially like to let her discover things for herself.

When I find the time, I still practice a few remaining hobbies, like making music with others, cooking and reading a good book.
On a side note: Our daughter's name is Estrella, which means "star" in Spanish. I have her to thank for getting this terrific job with CODICO - she's my personal lucky star. I guess life does start at 30, and I couldn't be happier about that!
