30W MAINS ADAPTER CONVERTS TO FIT ALL ELECTRICAL SOCKETS WORLDWIDE
By adding PHIHONG's PSC30R product family to the lineup, CODICO's range of convertible plug-in and desk-top power adapters with interchangeable input clips now extends to 30W output.
PHIHONG's LPS (Limited Power Source) power adapters conform to the limits governing power losses - both in standby and under load - that were recently made binding in California, China, New Zealand and Australia, in accordance with CEC, Energy Star, etc.
Accepting an input of 90VAC to 264VAC, these switching plug-in adapters supply an output of 12V, 18V or 24V. They provide unlimited short circuit protection and the regulation of load variations is specified as +/-5% at the output connector. An integrated overvoltage protection circuit (with Zener diode) prevents unwanted switching off of the adapters when voltage peaks are fed back, and limits overvoltages to 120% of the nominal rating. These mobile, external power adapters come in an easy-to-handle housing. The devices weigh 260 grams and measure 10cm x 6cm x 3.6cm.

With IEC 60950, cUL/UL, TUV/CE, SAA and C-Tick listings, the adapters also facilitate international approvals.
Thanks to its convertible design, the PSC30R series also helps reduce the typical cable spaghetti caused by too many input cables. For those requiring a longer connecting cord, a special set of adapter clips for IEC320-C8 cables is available.
