LED DRIVERS FROM ZYWYN!
Because many applications today require excellent visualization means, both standard and high-power white LEDs are finding increasingly diversified uses.
Importantly, LEDs require a well defined power source for optimal performance in terms of both life expectancy and brightness, and ZYWYN has a broad range of products that fit the bill!
One of the product families is a DC/DC converter IC that can drive several strings of white LEDs connected in series. Depending on the model and circuit arrangement, these converters can drive from 1 to 70 individual devices. The rated input voltage ranges from 3.3VDC to 28VDC, and compact SMD packages are of course offered. Another standard feature is a dim function for the driven LEDs. This second ZYWYN LED driver chip family can be controlled directly with alternating current. The family includes ICs for driving standard white LEDs, as well as others suited for high power LEDs. The versions for standard white LEDs can be operated directly with mains voltage. The table below provides more details:
Both product ranges are supplemented by a DC/DC IC family that can drive individual standard white and high power LEDs. Evaluation boards for ease of design-in are available for most versions of these chips.
