MURATA RESONATORS!

MURATA is the world's largest manufacturer of piezoceramic resonators.

Ceramic resonators do not oscillate with the same precision as quartz crystals, but they are small, very reliable and vibration resistant. Automotive versions are suited for use in temperatures extending up to 125°C. MURATA resonators are available in SMD-mounting and through-hole versions.

Technical Data
Frequency Range: 2MHz to 70MHz, in a variety of designs; CSBFB Series: 430KHz to 519KHz and 700KHz to 1,250KHz
Initial Tolerance: +/-0.5% standard, with tighter tolerances available on request
Temperature Stability: Depending on the type, between +/-0.15% and +/-0.3%
Aging: +/-0.3% over 10 years

But how do I know which MURATA ceramic resonator (CERALOCK) matches the IC that I am using?

Simply go to
http://www.murata.com and click on the following link in the "Search" column at the center of the page: IC Part Number -> Ceramic Resonator Search. On the page that appears, enter the IC Part Number in the appropriate field and submit your query. If the IC is supported, the search result will indicate the matching CERALOCK product.

Of course, MURATA also offers a catalog with information on its ceramic resonator products, and we would be pleased to send you a copy on request.
