THE WORDL'S FIRST GPS SD CARD.

NAIS LAUNCHES THE FIRST SD (SECURE DIGITAL) GPS RECEIVER IN THE WORLD.

Potential customers include manufacturers of mobile handheld computers, so-called PDAs (Personal Digital Assistants), PC accessory manufacturers and system integrators. The product is a very compact and lightweight GPS receiver designed for use in navigation solutions based on PDAs and other mobile communication devices.

  PROPERTIES
Very compact and lightweight:
Using the latest technologies the manufacturer has managed to develop an extremely small and lightweight GPS receiver.

Compatible with SDIO interfaces:
By developing the device on the basis of the SDIO specification, the GPS receiver can be used with PDAs and other mobile communication units that have an SDIO interface.

High reception sensitivity and very low power consumption:
The GPS receiver is based on the highly sensitive and very low power consumption GPS chip set, which was developed in the development joint venture with SiRF Technology, Inc. This makes it possible to find your position even with a very weak GPS satellite signal - in other words in adverse conditions such as in heavily built-up areas.

The main technical data:
Dimensions: 71 x 30 x 14mm
Weight: 20g
GPS reception sensitivity: -146 dBm (tracking)
Position accuracy: 10m
