For example, in the range of SMD quartzes, the HCX-5FA means that there is a low cost SMD model available. In fundamental wave mode this quartz oscillates within a range from 12 MHz to 54 MHz. Accuracies of 30 ppm, 50 ppm and 100 ppm are possible, whilst the dimensions are 5 mm x 3.2 mm with a height of 1.2 mm.
In the quartz oscillator range, the HXO series combines outstanding quality with SMD technology, which is suitable for automatic equipment. This is particularly true of the HXO-53/56/57/59, which has the very small dimensions of 5 mm x 3.2 m with a height of 1.3 mm and can achieve frequencies of 1.544 MHz to 125 MHz.

With tolerances of 25 ppm to 100 ppm the accuracy can be adjusted to suit your application.
The maximum temperature range as standard is 0°C to +70°C, but values from -40°C to +85°C can also be supplied to order.
HXO-53/56/57/59 can be supplied in 5 V or 3.3 V /2.5 V and 1.8 V versions.
