Thanks to the precision photoconductor and light guide and 2 superbright LED chips, the new display offers extremely bright, homogenous lighting. Even with the backlight, however, the module consumes a mere 200mW (typical) power. Operational requirements call for one 3.3V or 5V single power supply, and a second one of approximately 4V for the white LEDs.
The display's outer dimensions measure 72.8 (width) x 53.8 (height) x 6.4 (depth) mm, with a viewing area of 67 x 40 mm. A 30-pin FPC cable measuring 24.1 mm is used for the connection. The ultra-flat design makes this display a very cost-effective solution when space is tight!
