CODICO ANNOUNCES BEST SUPPLIERS FOR 2003/2004!
At CODICO, we continually strive to improve our own business processes in support of better customer service, but it doesn't stop there! To ensure total customer satisfaction, we realize it is just as important to ensure that the component manufacturers we work with are doing the same. That's why we measure the quality of our suppliers' products and services on a quarterly basis.
Our quality team uses a fine-tooth comb to evaluate suppliers according to the following criteria: delivery reliability, reaction and answering time, responsiveness to customer claims, catalog quality, sampling performance, availability for mutual visits, and the propensity for design innovation.
On the occasion of electronica 2004, CODICO awarded the Best Supplier designation to SANYO, MURATA, and EXAR, since these companies best fulfilled our stringent quality criteria. The personnel responsible at each company took receipt of the official award, making sure to reiterate that they would continue to work closely with CODICO to provide highest-quality support to all of our customers in the future.
