| At codico, our commitment to improving
quality and performance is more than just a buzzword, because customer satisfaction and
customer-oriented service is what we’ve always lived by! As early as 1995, CODICO implemented a
quality management system certified to ISO 9002:1994. Since then, we have continued to
diligently review and improve our performance in accordance with the requirements of our
system. That makes us all the more happy to announce that, in May of 2004, after much in
the way of preparation, CODICO’s quality management system achieved ISO 9001:2000
certification. The entire company spent two very suspenseful, but highly informative, days
being audited by the Quality Austria (ÖQS) team of Dipl. Ing. Kerschbaumer and Ing.
Bucher. As a result, we are extremely pleased not only about the certification, but also
for receiving such excellent recommendations from the ÖQS team on how to make our system
