features a low-profile design (at a height of only 2.2mm), as well as a push and slide
locking mechanism for high retention and operability. The ICA-521 is furthermore rated for
10,000 mating cycles (minimum) and is fully RoHS compliant. It can tolerate a
reflow-soldering temperature of 260° for up to 10 seconds without a problem, while the
hinged cover is designed with sight recesses to allow users to quickly detect if a card is
inserted. 8-contact versions of the ICA-521 are also optionally available on request.
