I have been a member of the CODICO team since December 2006, working afternoons at the reception and phone switchboard where I greet customers and suppliers alike with, “Good morning/Good afternoon, Alexandra Grimm. Welcome to CODICO!”
So, whatever the nature of the inquiry, be it on the phone or in person, I’m usually the first point of contact, which means I’m also responsible for maintaining an effective communication flow at CODICO.
 
Because my responsibilities at the reception and phone switchboard are quite comprehensive, I’m able to fully utilize one of my main strengths – namely, my organizing skills. My job at CODICO is very diversified and communicative, and it demands self-responsibility. As a result, there are new challenges all the time and I could never get bored here. In fact, I love working at CODICO and have great fun doing so, and I’m also proud to be the company’s “greeting card” or “figurehead,” so to speak.
 
In my off time, I love to travel, regardless whether it’s to far-away places, large European cities or to one of the many beautiful spots right here in Austria. I also enjoy being in my yard or in nature, where my young Labrador Retriever, Leon, is always at my side! I often take him on walks, play with him or train him, which also gives me a chance to relax and recharge my batteries. Because I work only part-time at CODICO, I’m able to devote a lot of time to my dog, or to other activities, each morning – before heading to work in the afternoon.
