My name is Renata Plewa and I came to Austria from Poland six years ago. In Poland, I studied foreign trade and law before gaining initial work experience in the sales and export fields.

I joined the CODICO team in January 2007 with a very interesting job assignment, as I work in the accounts receivable department. This gives me a chance to provide accounting support to my many fantastic co-workers at CODICO. Here, I am continually motivated by the pleasant working environment and professionalism of the entire team.

In my free afternoons, I dedicate lots of time to my new hobby – working and relaxing in my yard whenever possible. It helps me recharge my batteries for work, and also for my active weekends, which often find me cycling or hiking with my family as a means of getting to know Austria better. This winter, I plan to teach my 4 ½-year-old son how to ski, and perhaps I’ll find the time to start reading again, and going to the theater and cinema. In addition, I always make an effort to keep learning and developing further, both professionally and on the personal level. This includes maintaining my curiosity for the world at large and my positive attitude towards others, and to impart these values to my son. I wouldn’t want to trade places with anyone, not even for a day. But if it were possible, I’d be very interested in spending 80 days with Phileas Fogg to experience first-hand how people in other countries live.
