The privately held company RED ROCKET, INC., with headquarters in Camarillo, California, recently acquired the EOS brand rights from Jabil Circuit, Inc. EOS is best known for trailblazing power supply development in the area of miniaturization and higher efficiency, and for the high reliability and long life of the brand’s products. In fact, EOS led the way in establishing the 3 x 5-inch form factor within the power class up to 100W/150W, and the 2 x 4-inch form factor for up to 60W.
Together with its manufacturing subsidiary CPIPL, located in Mumbai, India, and the company’s 650 employees worldwide, RED ROCKET, INC. is committed to continue meeting highest quality and support standards for all power supply products.
As EOS did while a separate entity, RED ROCKET, INC. also values maintaining a European industrial location, and the company has made Ireland the home of its worldwide sales and marketing office. From here, decisions are also made regarding future product development, which means that stringent European quality and environmental standards can flow into the design process during the earliest stages.
