With its new MP4560, MPS for the first time offers a compact high-frequency DC/DC regulator featuring an extremely wide input voltage range. The input of up to 60V enables use of the device with automotive-grade voltages, industrial bus systems, telecom systems and PoE equipment, as well as any 12V or 24V system with high voltage peaks. With a frequency range of up to 4MHz, external components can be kept small – which, together with the SOIC8 package, enables optimal use of the available board space.
