NIEC: NEW POWER MODULES FROM CODICO

NIHON INTER ELECTRONICS CORPORATION (NIEC) is a Japanese manufacturer of power semiconductors whom CODICO began representing in May 2008. NIEC offers diverse high-power modules within its product range, including IGBTs, MOSFETs, thyristors and diodes. Depending on the specific module, NIEC solutions can handle voltages of up to 1600V and currents of up to 400A, with integrated modules also available. In addition to its keen focus on power modules, NIEC offers specialized discrete components.
