The new Torex blocks in the XC6127 series are a very precise voltage detector with the very latest generation of integrated delay. The component contains a high precision voltage reference which uses very little current as a result of its CMOS production and subsequent laser trimming. It also features high precision over the entire temperature range. The integrated delay circuit is available for a range from 50ms to 800ms. An integrated manual reset input means that it can also be tripped externally at any time. The component is available with either a CMOS or N channel Open Drain output. The USPN-4 package is available for minimum space requirement as well as the conventional SSOT-24 and SOT-25.
