INTRODUCTION: RALF TYMOSCH

Interviewer (INT): Hello, Mr. Tymosch! Please briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
RALF TYMOSCH (RAT): I’ve been part of the CODICO team since March 2008 and I work as a sales engineer for active components. My sales territory covers Baden-Württemberg (Germany), all of Switzerland and Austria’s western states of Tyrol and Vorarlberg.

INT: What is important to you on the job?
RAT: I like success to be mutual, and I particularly enjoy being part of a harmonious team. That’s especially true in light of the current economic situation. I also enjoy having daily contact with so many interesting people in my quite diverse sales territory.

INT: And what are your hobbies, Mr. Tymosch?
RAT: Travel, fitness and mountain biking (when I find time for it).

INT: What is your life motto?
RAT: To treat others with the same amount of respect that I expect from them!

INT: What are your goals in life, Mr. Tymosch?
RAT: To grow old peacefully and maintain enough vitality for traveling.

INT: Please name something you could never do without.
RAT: Good food!

INT: What could you never forgive?
RAT: Myself, should I ever fail to seize a unique opportunity.

INT: What is your biggest wish?
RAT: A trip around the world!

INT: Who would you like to trade places with for a day?
RAT: I’m very content being myself.

INT: What do you need to optimally start your day?
RAT: The time and peace to enjoy a good breakfast.

INT: What do you get upset about?
RAT: Arrogance and unreflected talk!

INT: Please tell us something very typical of you?
RAT: Persistence (sometimes stubbornness) and correctness.
