INT (Interviewer): Good day, Mr. Schildberg! Please be so kind and introduce yourself to our readers.
RSC (Richard Schildberg): I’d be happy to! I was born in Sao Paulo, Brazil, but I’ve lived in Germany since November 1998. I joined CODICO in March 2008 as a product line manager, and I’m primarily responsible for telecom and data communications solutions.

INT: What is especially important to you, Mr. Schildberg?
RSC: My family.

INT: And now for a few classic intro questions, starting with: What are your hobbies?
RSC: Cycling, grilling and travelling.

INT: What is your life motto?
RSC: To learn from mistakes.

INT: What are your goals in life, Mr. Schildberg?
RSC: To be healthy, and to stay healthy.

INT: What could you never do without?
RSC: The right to be myself.

INT: What could you never forgive?
RSC: Lying.

INT: What is your biggest wish?
RSC: That my family remains healthy and happy.

INT: With whom would you like to trade places for a day?
RSC: With a jet fighter pilot.

INT: What do you need to optimally start the day?
RSC: Coffee.

INT: What do you get upset about?
RSC: Disrespect.

INT: What is something very typical of you?
RSC: Patience.
