With a maximum output current of 150mA, the XC6420 series achieves precision of ±2% and ripple rejection of 75dB at 1KHz, while drop-out voltage is a mere 190mV at 150mA. Each product in the series features two LDO regulators in a tiny, extremely low-profile (0.4mm high) package, thus enabling ultra-compact OEM designs and saving PCB space. The output voltage can be selected within the range of 1.2V to 3.6V, in 0.05V steps and with a tolerance of ±2%. Each regulator has its own enable pin for switching it into standby. The XC6420 is available in a choice of ultra-compact USPN-6 (1.3mm x 1.3mm x 0.4mm) or SOT-26 package.
