MPS: MP6920 - Intelligent "Diode"

The MP6920 is a fast turn-off intelligent rectifier with an integrated 60V power switch. It regulates the internal voltage of its power switch to about 70mV and switches it off when its voltage becomes negative. This decreases the power losses over the switch. The MP6920 is suitable for use in flyback converters, as well as in battery powered systems.
