MINDSPEED: New 8- and 12-Channel Re-Timer/Re-Clocker for data rates of 4,25Gbps and 5,5Gbps

MINDSPEED extended their Signal Conditioning Product Portfolio with the addition of three re-timers with integrated clock data recovery (CDR) circuits. The M21362 is a 8-Channel Re-Clocker and the M21362 is a 12-Channel IC, both for 5,5Gbps data rate. M21444 features 12 half-duplex Channels and is made for data rates of 4,25Gbps. Besides other markets the new protocol independent solutions address second generation PCI Express (PCIe Gen 2) as well as Double Data Rate Infiniband applications but all other serial applications in this data rate are supported as well.
