MPS: DC-DC Buck-Converters - new MP2825x-Family

MPS announced the availability of a new family of high-efficiency synchronous step-down regulators.

Both members are capable of up to 21V input voltage, switch at 500kHz, deliver a Power-Good-Signal and have a built-in 20mOhm Bottom-FET. That makes them ideal for high transmission ratios from input to output voltage, e.g. from 12V down to 1.2V. MP28252 delivers up to 2A whereas MP28254 is capable of up to 4A
