MPS: MP6401 - LDO and Reset Controller

Fusion of LDO & Reset-Controller

The New MP6401 is a 300mA LDO linear regulator with integrated reset circuit. MP6401 can monitor and provide reset function for system voltages. By combining an LDO and a reset circuit, these products can reduce cost and saving space in ultra compact portable devices. MP6401 is pin-to-pin compatible to MAX6469 and it is available in TQFN8 3x3mm, 2x2mm TQFN6 and TSOT packages. Detailed infomations can be foud here.
