MPS: MP8619 - 8A Integrated Synchronous DC/DC-Converter

The MP8619 is a 8A DC/DC-converter with integrated Top- and Bottom-FET. Working over a wide input voltage range from 4.5-25V and switching at 600kHz, it offers high efficiency in a thermally optimised space-saving 5x6mm QFN-package. Together with the built-in security features and compensation, this guarantees an extremely small solution. Synchronisation ability to external clock (from 300kHZ-2MHz) allows the design of interdependent power-rails.
