MPS: New Family of Constant on Time Devices

With the new family of COT-Devices MPS offers highly integrated synchronous DC/DC converter ICs. Constant on Time control delivers high efficiency over full load-range and fast transient response. MP28258 for example delivers up to 3A of load-current from an input-voltage between 4V and 20V. The device comes in a tiny 2x3mm QFN-package, with integrated high-side and low-side FETs.
