NAVMAN’S SMALL JUPITER

The newly introduced Jupiter³ from NAVMAN measures only 11mm x 11mm, making it the smallest member of the Jupiter GPS module family to date.
The new GPS receiver is based on SiRF GSC3f/LPx. It features both low power consumption and high sensitivity at a very affordable price. With the focus on reducing costs, the J³ was designed for integration in products that already incorporate components for voltage regulation and monitoring, as well as a real-time clock. Like its Jupiter predecessors, the new GPS module integrates such key components as a TCXO, LNA and SAW Filter. In addition, it offers very robust characteristics without the need for a costly HF design. The communication protocols are compatible with existing Jupiter xLP versions to ensure ease of updating.

Key Features:
 - 20-channel GPS receiver with 200,000 effective correlators
 - Ultra-low power: 27mA
 - High sensitivity: -159dBm
 - Assisted GPS support (SiRF InstantFix and Ephemeris Push)
 - SBAS support (WAAS, EGNOS and MSAS)
 - Supports power saving modes
