The LFA series includes the power range from 10W to 300W in 9 steps, all designed for fanless cooling. Flexibility of use is assured with such options as a housing, screw terminals or connectors, a protective coating for aggressive or humid environments, and reduced leakage current. For the 24V models, there is also a version for managing peak loads which, for example, delivers 19A out of the LFA300.
For design engineers, well-defined reference points (with temperature recommendations) are specified to support embedding the power supplies in the system/application based on the actual thermal conditions. In the event that the design calls for mounting orientations which deviate from the horizontal, a detailed derating graph is provided to help quickly assess the performance impact.
The devices feature active harmonic correction starting at an output of 50W and higher. Safety tests (with CB report) according to IEC60950 UL/CSA/TÜV/CE enable the series to be used worldwide. The 5-year manufacturers warranty is made possible by the conservative design of all components with large safety margins.
The highly detailed tabular and graphic documentation of measured data, such as input and output parameters, drift, etc., is typical for COSEL, and we would be pleased to provide you with this information on request.
