The satisfaction of our customers is the standard we set for everything we do.
We at CODICO work constantly to establish permanent business relationships with customers and suppliers that are based on trust. This is a process that never really ends.
So how do we achieve this satisfaction?
Our powerful quality management system, in accordance with ISO 9001:2008, has been providing us with a firm foundation since as long ago as 1995, and supports us all the way in achieving the success of the company, now and in the years to come.
In May 2013 the recertification audit was once again a success for CODICO GmbH Perchtoldsdorf and our subsidiary CODICO Deutschland GmbH in Munich, showing clearly that we are on the right road in our constant concern with and commitment to the processes in place.
CODICO is certified for both company locations for a further three years in accordance with ISO 9001:2008.
What does the future hold?
The issue is not to do anything different in the future, but to do a great deal, and to do it even better.
And as a basis for sustained improvement, it is important to keep up to date and not only to identify the wants and needs of our customers but also to continue developing the quality management system still further.
