SOURIAU is pleased and proud to present, in the cable assemblies sector, the possibility of overmoulding circular connectors.

Set out below is a list of the best-known product lines which can be obtained in pre-assembled form:  
UTO (all-metal circular connectors) overmoulded cable assemblies for applications with screen transfer, IP68/IP69K sealing, and bayonet quick-action closure (1/3 turn).
UTS (plastic circular connectors) overmoulded cable assemblies for cost-conscious applications, with IP68/IP69K sealing, UV-resistant, and bayonet quick-action closure (1/3 turn).
UTL (supply plug) overmoulded cable assemblies offer the same extremely effective sealing tightness, but with a unique audible “click”, push-pull locking, and approvals for power supplies in accordance with UL and IEC.
851 (MILStandard) overmoulded cable assemblies for applications in accordance with Military Standard (MIL-C 26482 Series 1).

The cables are available in a variety of standard lengths as catalogue product, pre-assembled on one side or both sides, optionally in pin or socket contact format. Different layouts, housing sizes, cable cross-sections, and contact design forms are possible. As well as the standard range, which already covers a broad product spectrum on the market, special customer-specific designs can also be supplied.
