YTEC SERIES: NEW CONNECTOR SYSTEM FOR LIMITED SPACE APPLICATIONS

INTERCONTEC’s newly developed yTec series is an ultra-compact, complete connector system with a self-locking quick-release fastener for easy and secure connections.

The miniaturized connector system features high performance and an extremely flat and narrow design. It is an innovative solution developed specifically for small-frame motors, where it provides an easy and secure connection with maximum flexibility even under space constraints.

The system’s additional advantages for users are quick, easy and tool-less assembly, a coded housing for safe connection and the self-locking quick-release fastener.

Available in 25mm and 28mm flange sizes, the connectors can be installed on the motor using only one mounting hole, which means no additional interference with the inside of the motor is necessary.

The yTec connector system can be installed in four different outlet directions (0°, 90°, 180° and 270°) and is continuously rotatable by 300° after installation. The yTec system is offered in different configurations and pin layouts. As with all other INTERCONTEC housings, the yTec and iTec (single version) are EMC shielded for highest operational and occupational safety. In addition, they are both equipped with a housing-ground connection.

The iTec single version offers all the functionality of the yTec and is available either as a signal connector or power connector for wire cross-sections of up to 1.5mm².

YTec and iTec are ideal for small servo motors or other equipment/devices with limited space for cabling.
